LaunchTower is a private command center for founders and teams. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have over your information.
LaunchTower stores the information you voluntarily create, including:
You own your data. Every record in LaunchTower is scoped to your account through row-level security at the database level. Other users cannot read or modify your data unless you explicitly grant admin access. We do not sell, share, or license your data to third parties.
LaunchTower requires authentication to access any internal feature. Anonymous visitors can only view the public landing page, privacy policy, and terms of service. We use secure token-based authentication and support Google OAuth for sign-in.
LaunchTower uses AI to generate executive briefs, marketing content, and compliance recommendations. Your workspace data is sent to our AI provider only when you explicitly trigger these features. We do not use your data to train AI models.
When you connect external services via the MCP Hub, authentication tokens are stored securely and used only to communicate with those services on your behalf. All integration actions are logged in an audit trail accessible to workspace admins.
You can delete individual records at any time within the app. To request full account deletion, contact Base44 support. Deleted data is permanently removed from our database.
For privacy questions or data requests, contact Base44 support through the official support channels.
