By creating an account and using LaunchTower, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

LaunchTower is a private command center for founders and teams to organize ventures, projects, launches, marketing, assets, tasks, and priorities. The service includes AI-powered executive intelligence, compliance scanning, marketing content generation, and external service integration capabilities.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• The accuracy and legality of data you store in LaunchTower
• Ensuring you have the right to connect any external services via the MCP Hub

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use LaunchTower for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code
• Resell or redistribute access to LaunchTower without authorization

AI-Generated Content

LaunchTower uses AI to generate executive briefs, marketing content, and compliance recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before using it in production. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated output for any particular purpose.

Data and Privacy

Your use of LaunchTower is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all ownership rights to data you create in LaunchTower.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Critical maintenance may cause temporary downtime.

Limitation of Liability

LaunchTower is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of LaunchTower after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
